Overview

This course introduces school practitioners to the Common Sense Media Digital Citizenship Programme and resources, aimed at teaching students how to think critically, behave safely, and participate responsibly in the digital world. You will leave ready to put the resources into action in the classroom, and your feedback will help us to further develop our education resources for schools across the UK.

Who should attend?

This course is suitable for school practitioners from primary, secondary, academies, comprehensive, and the independent sector, with an interest in internet safety and digital resilience.

By the end of the session you will be provided with:

• Current Media Landscape for kids – global & UK

• Introduction to their Digital Citizenship curriculum
