Personal data that is gathered during events will be kept for no more than a year and then will be deleted.

Personal data collected through the ‘contact us’ form on the website will be deleted once contact has been made and the inquiry has been dealt with.

You have the right to request from us access to your own personal information that we hold. This is sometimes known as a ‘subject access request’.

From 25 May 2018, you will have additional rights to request from us:
