The NEN Conference took place on 18 – 19 October 2023, with contributions from experienced practitioners.

The conference themes were:

1. The challenges of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
2. Digital Skills
3. Cyber Security

All 3 of these themes are interconnected. For example, some of the skills required for the future will require knowledge of AI and cyber security; Cyber attackers could be the cyber security, and AI experts of the future, and understanding AI Algorithms will contribute to critical thinking as a key digital skill for the digital age.
